    The coordinated movement of the hands when performing striking and blocking actions with the hands, on the spot in stances such as Narani Sogi and Annun Sogi: performing ap joomok jirugi (forefist punch), bakat palmok najunde makgi (outer forearm low block), an palmok makgi (Inner forearm block), bakat palmok nopunde makgi outer forearm high block) without using sine wave.
